A set of 30 One Minute Whizzers, aimed at Year 1 children.
 
How many can you complete in just one minute? Children attempt to answer as many questions as possible in just a minute. They can use counters to cover the ones that they have done before recording their score out of 12. 
 
Each One Minute Whizzer contains the following 12:
 
* Name the shape - circle, square, rectangle or triangle.
* Recognise/add up the coins.
* Count or subitise the circles/stars.
* Complete the part-whole model.
* Find the total number of spots on the two dice.
* Fill in the missing number from the sequence - linked to counting in 2s, 5s, 10s.
* Read the time on the analogue clock - o'clock and half past.
* What number is represented by the Dienes?
* Double or half question.
* 1 more/less than question.
* Identify the number on the ten frame(s) - up to 20.
* Number bond to 10 with addition or subtraction.
