Print and laminate before using counters to cover your shapes. A great opportunity to practise lots of tricky shape vocabulary.
 
Do you have an octagon? An irregular pentagon? A shape with parallel lines? A shape with one line of syymetry? Encourage the children to also take it in turns to be the teacher!
 
These are predominately aimed at Key Stage 2 children but could still be enjoyed by younger children too.
